Quality carpet cleaning $25.00 a room. No up-selling, no gimmicks
First I will pre-treat your spots and pathways. Then I will use another pre-treatment on the whole room. Then I will scrub your carpet with a carpet shampooer, that has a cleaner, sanitizer/deodorizer in it. Last I will steam clean your carpet to remove the dirt that has been broken lose by the pre-treatment and the scrubbing.
This process takes anywhere from 35 minutes to 45 minutes a room and leaves your carpet pretty much as clean as it will come. I'm not one of these carpet cleaners that will be in and out of your house in 35 or 40 minutes. I take my time and do the best job I can.
My other prices
Steps $2.00 dollars, each step, if you have a landing in the stairway I usually just count that as a step.
Hallways $5.00 to $20.00 dollars, depending on the size. Most hallways are $10.00 or $15.00
Bathrooms $5.00 to $15.00 dollars, depending on the size.
Walk-in closets $10.00 to $25.00 dollars depending on the size. Normal closets are free, if the floor space is empty.
I also offer red kool-aid stain removal. Red kool-aid does not come out in the normal cleaning process. It takes a special chemical and process to remove them. Kool-aid stain removal starts at $5.00 a spot and goes up from there, just depends on how big and how dark the stain is.
If you have extra large rooms. I may charge a little more.
I have been cleaning carpet for well over 30 years and my father was a carpet cleaner, so I have been around carpet cleaning most of my life.
I do have a $60.00 dollar minimum charge, sorry I have to do that. With the price of fuel, cleaning chemicals and equipment. I just can not go out for any less than that.
