Pay Rates (Loaded & Empty Miles):
1099:

• 🚚 Conestoga: up to $0.90/mile or up to 38% from gross
• 🚛 Dry Van: up to $0.72/mile or up to 38% from gross
  

W2:

• 🚚 Conestoga: up to $0.75/mile or up to 34% from gross
• 🚛 Dry Van: up to $0.65/mile or up to 34% from gross
  

W2 Benefits:

• 401(k) with company contributions
