7Loop Intermodal Corporation is a DFW-based carrier expanding operations into the Kansas City market. We run intermodal drayage, regional truckload, OTR, and power-only freight — and we operate with one standard: it has to get done right, on time, every time.
We’re hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support our Kansas City operations out of our Raymore, MO office. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who knows the basics of logistics and is hungry to learn the rest.
📋 What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate freight movements and support daily dispatch operations
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and shippers to keep loads moving
• Track shipments and maintain accurate records in our TMS
• Support billing, documentation, and compliance tasks
• Learn every part of the operation — nothing is off the table
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Some background in logistics, transportation, or freight (doesn’t have to be deep but must have basic knowledge)
• Strong communicator — clear, professional, and direct
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where execution matters
• Coachable, reliable, and serious about growing in this industry
