About the Role
This is a skilled construction position — not entry-level. You’ll work on a variety of interior and exterior renovation, repair, and improvement projects across residential, commercial, and multi-family properties.
Typical daily tasks include:
• Demoing and installing cabinets, countertops, doors, siding, trim, and hardware
• Performing basic plumbing, electrical, and finish work
• Patching drywall, texturing, painting, and surface prep
• Installing lights, ceiling fans, outlets, and GFCIs
• Exterior repairs, punch work, and property improvements
• Setting appliances and testing operation
• Installing blinds, mirrors, bath accessories, and finish materials
• Completing punch lists to ensure projects are completed properly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in interior and/or exterior construction work (required)
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and finish work
• Reliable transportation and full-time availability
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team
