Precision Roofing, located in East Lee’s Summit is looking for a Supervisor/Foreman to run high profile re-roof & construction re-build projects. Applicants must have roofing experience especially commercial construction and preferably in leadership positions. A working knowledge of single-ply and modified re-roofing projects; other techniques will be considered a bonus benefit. Applicants must be able to travel and have a valid driver’s license. Starting pay is based on experience with hourly or salary options, between $60k - $75k, with opportunity for salary advancement after 90 days. Company vehicle is possibility for right applicant. Immediate employment openings.

Duties of the Job

• Supervises all roofing personnel on the job site to ensure quality and proper compliance with
job standards.
• Commercial roofing labor and supervision
• Teach and enforce safety regulations.
• Work requires initiative and judgement, as well as carpentry skills.
• Leak prevention and diagnosis.
• Travel required; with expenses paid
