Maintenance person for property management company-run work orders
Small/med size local property management company located in Independence, MO is looking for a new maintenance man to run work orders. Must be reliable, have transportation, own tools and a knowledge of the basics for single & multi family homes and a clean background.
The office is open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and you can come each day and pick up work orders, then turn them in and work with the maintenance coordinator on scheduling, planning and more.
You will be background checked and tested on skills prior to hire.
Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
HUD and Sec 8 inspections, city and license inspections
Work orders generated by tenants or in office
This will be a 30-40 hour per week job.
The more you know, the more work we can offer.
We do not do or allow "bubble -gum" fixes
If you don't know how to do it, say so, and we will get another vendor to assist/train
Honesty, punctuality, communication and a good work ethic is required.
Not chatting with tenants, etc. and company loyalty is required.
