Solid older saw in great condition with 160+ psi compression. Originally designed and marketed to bridge the gap between homeowner and professional saws. Have used 55's exclusively for 20 years to cut wood for stove. Simple to maintain and repair when needed. Mahle top end, the piston ring appears to be of higher grade than cast iron. Picked this saw up over the winter for something to do. Cleaned and inspected. Prefer to sell to experienced and knowledgeable individual who appreciates the 55.
