We are looking for motivated, energetic Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing roofing inspection team in the Kansas City area.
What You'll Do:
Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods
Perform free roof inspections and educate homeowners on potential issues
Generate qualified leads for our professional roofing services
Build relationships with homeowners and set appointments for our installation team
This is a true outside sales role with high earning potential for the right people.
No cold calling — it's all face-to-face interaction in the field.
Requirements:
Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders (roof access not always required)
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality — you love earning based on results
Compensation:
High commission structure — top performers easily make $5,000–$10,000+/month
Weekly payouts on closed deals and inspections set
Bonus opportunities for high volume
Flexible schedule — full-time or part-time available
