A Good Repair Can Be A Work Of Art.
I now do finish repairs on poly and lacquer pianos, as well as polish and clean piano interiors. I have experience in repairing, re-gluing, touching up all types of furniture and antiques, including experience repairing power and manual recliners, power beds, and upholstered pieces. I also make spindles, install drawer slides, and recover chair backs and seats. (I am sorry but I am not equipped to do large stripping and refinishing jobs at this time, bedroom sets, dining room sets, ect. I do smaller pieces and am selective in choosing these.)
I repair furniture for breaks, scratches and different blemishes.
I can troubleshoot and replace electrical parts for power recliners or beds.
I have many ways of repairing a broken recliner mechanism and framework.
I can replace seat and back cushion filler materials for upholstered pieces, replace springs and webbing. ( I can put firmer foam in a seat to help folks with hip or back problems).
I clean, repair and refinish outdoor teak furniture.
I can reinstall buttons on tufted couches and chairs.
I do not re-cane or do rush seats, but I probably can tell you who can.
I can pick up items, or, for larger ones, I can often repair them in your home. (I travel throughout the metro area including Overland Park, Belton, Olathe, Shawnee, Grandview, Smithville, Liberty, Parkville , Lee's Summit, Raytown, Independence, Platte City, Blue Springs, Kearney and Excelsior Springs).
I am located near Englewood Rd and North Oak Traffic Way, if you need to bring something to me.
Often, sending me a picture can give me an idea of what I can do.
Most people would consider my prices reasonable.
