My name is joshua I'm 39 as of today I work fulltime doing concrete I need a room cheap as possible as I am an asset I help alot I cook and clean kinda a neat freak very respectful and organized shared bathroom or private, small room okay ,i get paid every week so I can decide the total cost up and pay a portion every friday,prefer all utilities included,must be near downtown area looking for cool chill trustworthy, genuine person I'm your guy I'm quiet barley talk ,showers 10 min,hard working ,very understanding and knowledgeable as I'm 39 and have alot of lessons in my life
