Hi , I am a clean 39 year old man. New to Town. Things didn’t work out as planned and now I’m jobless and in between houses. Looking for someone with an extra room that will let me stay until I land on my feet and start paying rent. Until then I can help around the house. Pretty handy with cars and home maintenance. Cleaning. Whatever you need. I’m am currently staying with family in the northland area. It’s a packed house already. I know it’s kinda far fetched but I’m a man of my word, can converse intelligently. I’m strong, not addicted to anything. I’m self sufficient, stay to myself, clean and don’t need anything but a roof right now. We can write up a contract or whatever. What ever fees you ask I can repay once I start work. I don’t make a mess, fun to be around and don’t have any drama following me. Can anyone help me out.
