60 yr old looking for room.would prefer a female but open to being JUST A ROOMATE. I am on social security disability but I am not disabled. I do have some health issues that we could discuss at a later time. I'm very clean, looking for somewhere drama-free where a person can just relax. I do smoke but am willing to do that outside if necessary. I am seriously looking for a room to rent and that is absolutely it. Please do not waste both of our time.
