Job Description

Allied Universal® is currently hiring an Armed Security Supervisor in Independence, MO. We are seeking an experienced and professional security leader with 3-5 years of security or supervisory experience and an active DoD clearance to oversee daily site operions and support security personnel in a high-profile environment. This Monday through Friday position offers a consistent schedule and competitive pay for candides who thrive in leadership-focused security operions.

Position Details:
• Locion: Independence, MO
• Pay: $28.70 / hr
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 4:30 am - 1:00 pm
• Must have 3-5 years of security or supervisory experience
• Active DoD clearance required
• Lead and support Armed Security Professionals on site
• Maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Be least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess effective written and oral communicion and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner

• Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment.

• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigion and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws
• Display exceptional customer service and communicion skills
• Have intermedie computer skills to opere innovive, wireless technology client specific sites
• Ability to handle crisis situions the client site, calmly and efficiently
• Communice staffing needs on shift to Account Manager or Operions Manager
• Assure th officers receive approprie training, developing them in both technical and professional skills
• Assure th employee grievances are heard with help from approprie district or region HR support employees and Account or Operions Manager
• Administer JSA's and safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for professional security officers on assigned shift including vehicle/driving safety as approprie to Corpore procedures
• Assist Account or Operions Manager to manage uniforms, equipment, supplies and vehicles utilized the account, maintaining approprie inventories and maintenance checklists
• Able to:
  • Work in various environments such as cold weher, rain/snow or he
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
  • Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
