Brand new build on a refurbished trailer. NOW has new 10 ply radial tires installed and also a spare, ready to go where you want to go. The trailer.....all steel, 5' x 8' 9", 5K axle, new bearings, seals, u-bolts, spring plates, spring bushings, LED taillights and wiring, tongue jack, 2" ball coupler, and a dual 20# propane bottle rack. The camper......5' x 8' 9" x 4', living area is 5 x 7 x 4 and the back 18" is storage. Fully insulated, LED 12V dimmable lighting, windows with screens, door with screen door, stereo with CD,DVD, MP3, USB, Aux, Bluetooth and remote. Power panel to monitor battery, 12V power plug, 2 usb ports, a 300 watt solar panel mounted on top, a 60 amp controller and a 100 Ah lithium battery with BMS (battery monitor system)which has overcharge, undercharge, and temp protection, rear storage space contains the battery, controller, and fuse block. All circuits have their own fuse. There's also a 120V circuit in case you want to use an inverter or generator. This unit has approx. 20" of ground clearance so shouldn't have issues going over rough ground. The asking price is $4800 , cash only. I also have the progressive build pics on my phone so you can see exactly how it went together. I am a welder/fabricator by trade.
