You will have plenty of space in the townhome for your own. The bedroom is very
private; quiet and roomy, and comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, lamps and
end tables. You will also have access to a fully-stocked kitchen and laundry on site. There is internet.
Rent is $675 per month, all inclusive. I require a $400 deposit, to be returned to the
renter in full upon move out so long as the bedroom and bath are left clean and without theft or
damage to the property.
There is laundry on site and you would have your own garage stall to park in. Its a town home very close to 435, grocery store and other shops in South Kansas City.
Non smokers only and no pets.
