What you get: One bedroom to yourself is included – full with brand new mattress (it still smells like a new mattress!) You have a full bath to yourself and I keep it clean and well-maintained. Bright lighting and ample space to showcase work
One bill fits all: The $500 monthly rent is ALL INCLUSIVE (power, gas, water, qwest high speed internet wireless or wired anywhere home phone jack are always on like this cordless phone and sometimes wifi at no extra cost when you request the password which can change for better security if an ex tenant returns unannounced, trash pickup at the curb where provided as here in rear also out of sight of streets with alley parking for privacy and easier walking to save your petrol+money, lawn care is included with rental maintaining your yard green without lifting a rake so it's more tom sawyer style). I also allow use of the washer and dryer, no more having to find a laundromat or take your clothes elsewhere. Cause it's awesome to have one single payment that includes everything you need essentially.
Residence environment: This is a 100% sober living location, so no drugs or alcohol is allowed at any time. People can get on with their life instead of drama and guesswork up in the air. Everyone here respects that commitment.
What you'll need : Your own vehicle, as we are not directly on a bus line. Sigh… life is so much easier with your own car for work…and errands….and shopping…..blah….
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. I know, I know this is disappointing for some but it makes a flat-tyre-way of life easier and its more simple for everyone living here.
The hood: Out here in a mellow neighborHOOD, where you can catch them moments of peace and quiet. Its not fancy, but its safe and the neighbors are pretty much quiet. It had grocery, all the basics in a good amount of distance.
Ideal for: Someone who wants to start over somewhere supportive, people in work or school, or really anyone who appreciates a relaxed and sober living environment. Tenants who value this type of living.queues have yielded the best luck I can have had with from my experience.
Room is currentlt vacant and ready to be moved into. Cleaning is a must in common areas, and I expect the same from whoever takes the room.
