Kansas City to Austin

I'm retired and planning on driving to Austin TX with my grandson the last weekend of June. I'm skeptical about this process but thinking it might be more bearable to have company during such a long trip. I would like someone to split the cost of gas and possibly split drive time. The trip should take about 10 hours as I'm planning on driving straight thru.
My car is smoke free but if you need to stop and take smoke breaks I wouldn't have a problem with that, as long as it's not every hour. I am NOT interested in traveling with someone doing drugs, drunk, or running from the law or life. I am a widower simply taking g my grandson on vacation and hoping that an average person with no drama would like to split a long road trip. Any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.
