If you know anybody who wants or needs to sell - I am the eldest son - so I'm one of those first born it's just natural for me to take care of my family.

My dad is still driving, a young 70 but he is telling me some things now about his health, vision, and what's important to him.

He wants to live in Kansas but NOT (kck) - not Wyandotte County - he is just stubborn and feels their taxes are too high.

I'd give you a finders fee if you connect me with a seller that I buy from. (anybody selling or in a situation where they need to sell),
what's interesting is he really doesn't want to live in Leavenworth or Lansing, but "Leavenworth County" - so,.......

If you have any ideas - No HOA, No mobile homes with lot rent, not renting, **Possible lease-to-own, but he has cash plus my cash we can are serious buyers - please keep in mind though, We Will Make You or Whoever, a FAIR offer, - but we're looking for a house that is a fixer-upper in a decent area Somewhere (15-20 minute drive Radius around Basehor, KS),.......so he can be closer to my brother who has kids now and my dad is really enjoying being a grandpa now.

I have no kids - and my dad lives with me currently because I have a duplex on the Missouri side- he's comfy, but it's a long drive for him to have his "grandpa time" on the weekends.

With our combined money after talking with him - we have agreed to combine our money and maybe buy a duplex or triplex or (just a single family house) - 900-1,200 square feet - could be a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, - I'm just throwing this out there to anybody who might know of somewhere over there I can buy a property - It could be Leavenworth, Lansing, Basehor, Eudora, .......make a 10-15 minute drive around Basehor and that's where I'm looking for a house that needs some TLC - not looking for listed houses with agents however I am willing to give an agent some commission if they find me a property - but I'd rather buy directly from the seller.
