What You’ll Be Doing
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the apartment community
• Managing leasing performance, occupancy, and traffic
• Handling rent collections, delinquency, and financial performance
• Leading and holding the onsite team accountable (leasing & maintenance)
• Resolving resident issues and maintaining a high standard of service
• Coordinating with ownership/asset management on property goals
• Ensuring the property stays organized, compliant, and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
• Property Manager / Community Manager experience REQUIRED (multifamily)
• Strong understanding of property operations, occupancy, and financials
• Leadership ability, can manage people, not just tasks
• Organized, accountable, and able to take full ownership of a site
• Someone who can walk in and run a property—not be trained from scratch
