Position: Full Time Maintenance Technician
Duties and Responsibilities:
Track and complete service requests on occupied and vacant apartments, office/clubhouse, and amenities.
Perform timely repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, lighting, etc.
Prepare apartments for tour/following residents move in by conducting lock changes, move-out inspections, trash out, punch out, and scheduling vendors where necessary.
Assist with semi-annual property inspections, fire safety, pest control, etc.
Assist with controlling and reporting stock and inventory.
Safely use and perform periodic maintenance of tools and equipment (hammer, drill, saw, gauges, etc).
Complete any additional projects as requested under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.

Candidates must have a valid drivers license and pass a drug screen/background check. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Dependable, self-motivated, and enjoys working outdoors.
Able to walk the property and lift moderate weight.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
On call rotatio will be required
💰 Pay: $Up to 24/hour
