I have a set of 4 15" Dodge hubcaps I believe that they are correct for 1971 You may want to verify that The centers are different then the standard hubcaps I have not seen any others like that so I would think they would be rare

There are a few installation dings on the edges and there is fading of the paint I believe the centers are OEM since the frapazoid? emblem looks correct The chrome on the centers is in good shape $60 for the set

Also have a set without the red center $50
