Responsibilities
• Support the property manager with daily on-site operations
• Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident communication
• Handle delinquencies, collections support, and basic reporting
• Process applications, notices, and resident documentation
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors as needed
• Help maintain occupancy, organization, and property standards
• Provide professional front-office coverage and customer service

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
• Proven apartment assistant manager or leasing experience
• Strong understanding of multifamily operations and office workflow
• Experience using property management software (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or similar)
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
• Professional, dependable, and responsive
• Ability to begin work promptly once approved
