Summary of Primary Functions:
Long-term Job
40 hours weekly
This role will perform administrative tasks at the project site, including time keeping, assisting with the site hiring process, completing necessary paperwork for employees at the site, internal and customer reporting, etc. Collect Hours/Per Diem from site Employees and report to the corporate office on a weekly basis.
MUST HAVE OSHA 10 CARD or be able to obtain. We can assist
PASS Drug Test & Background Check
PPE: Steel-Toe boots, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, H-Vis Vest
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: Previous administrative or office support experience (construction industry preferred).
• Software Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Organization: Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
