This is a Cort Earth 200/12 acoustic with HSC. This is a Korean made 12 string acoustic with a solid spruce top, solid mahogany back, select (laminated) mahogany sides, and a beautiful sound and feel. It has a mahogany neck with rosewood fretboard. This is a beautiful excellent condition solid wood guitar The build is top notch, and it’s in great overall shape for a 25-year-old guitar. The inlays are MOP and very nicely done. There is a little buckle rash near the signature on the back – see pictures.
