I have up for sale my vintage Altec speakers. I never thought I would sell these speakers but I just don't have the time to listen to them that often. I found these in a Overland Park hi fi repair shop called The Electric Center when I took a vintage receiver to have looked at. They checked out all the components in the speakers and ended up doing a recone kit on one of the speakers and rebuilding both N 800 dividing networks. Everything else was in good shape. I can not verify if everything is original but they are the correct components when they were new including the Altec 416 - 8B speakers, Altec 806 8A drivers, Altec 811 - B horns and the N 800 - 8K networks. The original wood cabinets are near perfect for being over 50 years old with only 2 small nicks per the pictures. I have been using a Reisong A10 vacuum 6 watt tube amplifier with them and they really sing. Cash only no trades scammers don't waste my time.
