The D&D packaging says it's for a 2000 TT600. It fitted fine on my 2004 Speed Four.
It has 3 bolts to connect to the main pipe, and a hanger hole/slot for near the right rear footpeg bracket (Covered with a red rubber tag in pics).

I have had it on/off my bike for about 1000 miles. I must say that I preferred it to some other performance pies, and although loud was not unbearable at lower rpms.

It is in very good condition. Original fitting instructions from D&D included, but it's easy to fit without special instructions.

I am asking $220 for local pickup in Kansas City area.
