At Maveric Automation, we build products that combine mechanical, electrical, and software components. Our customers rely on our work to be precise and reliable, which means every assembly, test, and repair matters. This position is hands-on, ideal for someone who wants to build, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair products on a daily basis.
We’re looking for someone who can work safely, follow instructions, and apply their existing and new skills across different tasks and products. You don’t need years of experience, but you should be comfortable with hands-on work. We provide the tools, step-by-step instructions, and experienced team members to support you when needed.
What you’ll be doing:
Assembling mechanical and electrical components
Testing, troubleshooting, calibrating, and repairing products
Operating equipment like soldering tools, pick-and-place machines, and CNC tools
Keeping accurate records of your work
Assisting with packing, shipping, and organizing supplies
What we actually care about:
You enjoy hands-on work and assembly
You have mechanical aptitude and can handle tools and parts safely
You notice details and can spot mistakes before they become problems
You follow instructions carefully and know when to ask for guidance
You’re adaptable and can apply your skills across different tasks and equipment
You consistently aim to do every job well
Pay is based on the skills and experience you bring to the role. We’ve hired successful team members from many backgrounds—if you enjoy working with your hands, are mechanically capable, and want to apply your skills in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you.
