Need someone TODAY in Independence, MO, near the downtown police station off Noland Road for yard work.

Job Details:

1. Mow front and back yard thoroughly (clean, complete cut).
2. Trim/weed eat fence lines and all yard edges thoroughly.
3. Extra attention to weed eating around storage areas, sheds, corners, and anywhere grass/weeds are overgrown.
4. Cut/trim driveway entrance and fence line.
5. Haul off small fallen branches.
6. Haul off one recliner and one mulch bag (leave the yellow lids).

Pay: $135 cash

This is not a large job and should take around 2 hours or less, but I want quality work with attention to detail, especially on the weed eating and trimming.
