BJ Contracting is looking to partner with dependable, motivated independent contractors to help us service a growing volume of property preservation work throughout the Kansas City Metro Area.
We have consistent work available for individuals or crews with experience in property preservation, REO, field services, maintenance, or general contracting.
Types of work include:
* Lock changes and lockbox installation
* Winterizations and de-winterizations
* Grass cuts and landscaping
* Debris removal
* Janitorial and maid services
* Minor repairs
* Boarding and securing properties
* Roof tarping
* Tree and shrub trimming
* Photo documentation using mobile apps
* General property maintenance
Requirements:
* Reliable truck or trailer
* Basic hand and power tools
* Smartphone with reliable internet
* Ability to meet client deadlines
* General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence minimum)
* Errors & Omissions Insurance
* Aspen Grove ABC number (or willingness to obtain one)
* Property preservation experience is preferred but dependable contractors with related experience are encouraged to apply.
