Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician
Kansas City Area
$23/hour
Skip the Interviews. Get to Work.
Let’s be honest.
Most strong lead techs already know how to run a property.
The problem is dealing with hiring processes that drag on forever while good opportunities pass by.
• Apply → wait
• Interview → wait
• Background → wait
• Drug test → wait
• Maybe hear something back
Meanwhile, the property still needs someone who can actually handle the work.
That’s where we come in.
With us, you don’t just sit in interviews talking about your experience.
You go show it.
We place experienced maintenance professionals directly on-site at apartment communities where you can:
• Get opportunities for fast placement and quick start dates
• Show leadership and technical skills in real-world situations
• Work with solid property teams
• Turn temporary opportunities into long-term positions
A lot of experienced techs get overlooked because hiring teams focus more on interviews than actual ability.
