About the Role
This is a skilled renovation position — not entry-level. You’ll work on full apartment turnarounds and remodeling projects.
Typical daily tasks include:
• Demoing and installing cabinets, countertops, doors, and hardware
• Disconnecting and reconnecting plumbing fixtures (sinks, faucets, toilets)
• Patching drywall, texturing, and prepping for paint
• Installing lights, ceiling fans, outlets, and GFCIs
• Setting appliances and testing operation
• Installing blinds, mirrors, and bath accessories
• Completing punch lists to ensure units are move-in ready
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in interior construction or apartment renovation (required)
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and finish work
• Reliable transportation and full-time availability
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team
