You will handle routine repairs, turnover maintenance, and general upkeep for single-family homes and apartment communities. This position requires 24/7 on-call availability for urgent property emergencies.Core ResponsibilitiesComplete general plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.Prepare vacant units for new tenants (turnover maintenance).Troubleshoot and repair household appliances.Perform routine drywall patching, painting, and fixture installations.Respond to 24/7 emergency maintenance requests on a rotational basis.Position RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of residential or commercial maintenance experience.Flexibility to handle 24/7 on-call emergency dispatch.Proven proficiency with standard hand and power tools.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.Logistics & Background RequirementsReliable vehicle to travel between multiple job sites across the KC metro area.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Consent to a standard criminal background check.Ownership of basic trade tools is highly preferred.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience via email.
