unethical work practices you will be Misclassified as a 1099 independent contractor! .You do NOT! Sign a W-2 form or even show him an id which means you are stuck paying the full 15.3% Self-Employment Tax (Social Security and Medicare) and will owe IRS over 4,800$ like I did!
The owner is a Racist against blacks and Hispanics he will use you for a few weeks then replace you! also you won't be building any fences! oh No! he just needs a puppet to carry everything that's heavy like 15 bags of concrete or over 40 pieces of lumber. days will be 2-3 hours long and he will yell at you in front of his clients .Save yourself the headache.
