Looking for a well rounded handyman for our St. Louis properties. We have around 500 properties in the city and surrounding areas.
Usual Work Includes:
- Licensed Plumbing (Higher Pricing)
- Light Electrical
- Flooring
- Drywall
- Painting
- Roofing
- Yard work
- Tree trim/removal
- Water/Foundation Issues
This will not be full time work. We pay per job and on a weekly basis. You can expect around 10 work order per week.
