I'm a developer with a subdivision in Gardner Kansas. I'm needing a part-time person capable of operating a commercial lawn mower, weed eater, picking up trash, sweeping and cleaning out new construction homes. Could involve some skid steer use and helping with inspection punch out lists. A retired person with experience in construction trades/handyman would be great but direct experience is not required.
