Fuji Pearl Co. of Ginza Japan were contemporaries of Mikimoto and setup shop in the upmarket Ginza district of central Tokyo. The company was likely closed in or around 1941 by the Japanese Military at the onset of the Pacific War.
The clasp of the bracelet is marked "silver" as opposed to 925 or Sterling, indicating these are original Fuji Pearls. The bracelet is dated to the 1930's and is made of Japanese Akoya pearls that are round with a white body color. The bracelet is stored in the original velvet case that is in pristine condition.
