Recognized as a Gre Place to Work, Bunzl North America is seeking a seasoned preferred Human Resources leader to serve as the Division Sr. HR Manager for our Processor Division. This role will oversee HR operions for 11 locions across United Stes ensuring compliance, driving employee engagement, and supporting leadership development. The ideal candide will be comfortable naviging cross-cultural environments.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a stregic HR partner to division leadership, providing guidance on employee relions, talent development, and organizional effectiveness.
• Lead HR initiives across S. locions, ensuring alignment with company policies and local labor laws.
• Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development.
• Investige and resolve employee relions issues, partnering with corpore HR on escaled mters.
• Partners with Corpore Talent Development to shape stregy and priorities, providing insight, recommendions and organizional perspective to ensure programs align with business needs and workforce capability goals.
• Facilite organizion talent reviews and calibrions for the division including: 9-box assessments, succession planning, development plan creion, and internal development coaching.
• Identify and lead development activities
• Administer compension and performance evaluion programs across the division
• Prepare and analyze month-end and ad hoc reporting utilizing UKG software and Excel.
• Serve as a resource to employees all levels regarding benefits, payroll, and leave of absence, providing knowledgeable direction and guidance while partnering with the approprie teams for administrion.
• Lead change management and organizional development initiives th support growth, transformion, or restructuring.
• Coordine Workers’ Compension efforts with site leadership.
• Develops and executes compliance initiives in response to evolving laws and regulory requirements
• Manage HR‑reled risk, including compliance, investigions, and policy enforcement.
• Support executive-level recruiting and onboarding
• Modere travel to support HR operions and build strong relionships with local teams.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or reled field
• Master's degree in HR or reled field preferred
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certificion
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-site and multi-ste HR
• Talent/Organizional Development experience required
• Strong knowledge of S. labor laws and HR practices.
• Proven ability to influence and coach leaders all
• Strong knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in employee relions, talent development, and organizional
• Ability to travel as needed.
