Starting off we fed her hay and grain, but she now eats two gallons of grain a day and grass. We estimate that she is about 1400lbs and 4.5ft tall, so she's pretty huge. This Tuesday she busted out of her fenced enclosure, so that should give you some more insight as to her size.
If you're looking to buy a cow for premium meats like steak, you'd be best off buying her now because she's younger and less dense in meat.
