What You’ll Do: Master the Pit: Confidently explain the differences between our rubs, sauces, and wood-smoked meats (brisket, ribs, pulled pork, etc.).High-Volume Pace: Handle a fast-moving floor while keeping tables clean and guests happy. Side-Work: Assist with keeping sauce stations stocked and maintaining a clean dining environment. Requirements: Experience: 1–2 years in a fast-paced or high-volume casual dining environment preferred. Knowledge: Ability to memorize a detailed menu and offer drink pairings (local beers/bourbon).Availability: Must be able to work weekends and peak BBQ hours (Game Days, Friday/Saturday nights).
