A+ Staffing is hiring Transportation Event Staff for the World Cup 2026 in Kansas City.
Transportation Event Staff will assist our client, with delivering a transportation experience that is safe, seamless, memorable, and distinctly Kansas City for all participants and visitors during the tournament.
POSITION TITLE: Marshal
The Marshal will play a key frontline role in supporting passenger movement and operational safety during FIFA World Cup 2026™ transport operations in Kansas City. Marshals may be assigned to Parking, Bus Staging, Dispatch, Passenger Counting, Wayfinding, Queue Management, Luggage Porter and more.

June 8-15: Training (Exact schedule TBD)
Tuesday, June 16: Argentina vs Algeria
Saturday, June 20: Ecuador vs Curacao
Thursday, June 25: Netherlands vs Tunisia
Saturday, June 27: Algeria vs Austria
Friday, July 3: Round of 32 (Group K Winner vs 3rd Pl from Group D/E/I/J/L)
Saturday, July 11: Quarterfinal: Winner Match 96 & Match 96
LOCATION: ConnectKC26 Stadium Direct Park & Ride Locations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a visible presence in high-traffic areas.
Provide wayfinding assistance to pedestrians and vehicles.
Support safe interaction between pedestrians and vehicles.
Assist passengers with safe boarding and disembarkation.
Ensure smooth passenger flow around active bus loading bays.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Strong situational awareness and attention to detail in dynamic operational environments.
Clear and confident communication skills, including the use of two-way radios.
Basic understanding of passenger service standards and accessibility requirements.
Ability to solve operational challenges in real time.
Basic awareness of crowd management, traffic flow, and event operations.
Ability to remain calm and focused in busy, high-pressure situations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and match days.
Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods and assist with repositioning lightweight barriers or signage when required.
Fluency in English is required; multilingual ability is considered an advantage.
Previous experience in event staffing, customer service, transport operations, or security roles is preferred but not mandatory.
PAY: $25.00 per hour (W2 position, paid weekly via Direct Deposit)
