This is an industrial electrical enclosure made of stainless steel. I briefly stertrd a project with it several years ago but beyond the 3 rails installed on the inside it is unused with no holes and in great condition. Exterior has 4 mounting lugs. Lockable. Similar units online of this size cost about $1200. Made in USA
