KCCH is looking for flexible, highly SPORADIC, part-time help from highly organized individuals to help with staging corporate apartments. This involves transporting decor, light furnishings and cleaning supplies to units, cleaning units†, staging items (arranging glasses, plates, etc.) and decorating. Everything is supplied and simply needs to be picked up at our NKC location. Apartments can be set up at any time after 9:00 typically, up until 5:00, when they must be ready. We're also looking for help to 'flip' units (clean existing units for new tenants + install new furnishings like linen) and clean out (tenants gone) apartments. Some sense of design is needed, as each apartment is different, and decoration is a big piece of what sets us apart from the competition. There are also some technical aspects to the job (hooking up provided internet, connecting TVs, etc.)
Paid training is included. This is probably a perfect job for anyone just looking for hit-and-miss work - it's NOT CONSISTENT, and we have people cancel/change plans frequently. We will have anywhere from zero to 10 apartments for you per month - you pick and choose when you can work. We're looking for up to 3 people to work with - when they can make it. This is a reposting of a previous ad. Attention to the smallest of details, and the ability to follow a strict set of guidelines is absolutely imperative. Paid training is $20/hr.
