We are expanding, and we’re looking for an outgoing, social, self-motivated Team Recruiter to help grow the league. This is a fun, flexible part-time job that rewards personality, communication skills, and hustle.
If you enjoy talking to people, visiting local bars, and helping new players get involved, this could be a great fit.
⭐ Job Responsibilities
Visit bars, pool halls, and host locations
Talk to players, bartenders, and potential teams
Recruit new players and form new teams
Help launch new divisions in active areas
Introduce the league to new locations
Support new teams for their first few weeks
Report weekly progress and track new leads
⏰ Hours
10–20 hours per week
Flexible, self-scheduled
Evenings & occasional weekends are best
💵 Pay
Base Salary: $600 per month
Bonuses:
$40–$75 per new team you recruit (one-time bonus per team)
$150 for each new bar/host location you help bring into the league
$20 retention bonus if your teams return for Session #2 and #3
Up to 6 weeks of free league fees when you help start a brand-new team you play on
There is no cap on bonuses — the more you build, the more you make.

Friendly and reliable
Well-connected or comfortable going into new places
Motivated by bonuses and performance pay
Good at following up with people
Comfortable in bar environments
Bartenders, servers, students, social butterflies, and pool players often do extremely well in this position.
