Self-storage Auction
Pursuant to the MO Self Storage Lien Act, the owner of a self-storage facility has a lien upon all personal property located at the self-service storage facility for rent or other charges incurred for the storage of the personal property. Due to the failure to pay the rent, the owner is enforcing its lien and intends to sell or otherwise dispose of the personal property located in the rented spaces listed in this notice.
THIS NOTICE IS BEING PROVIDED UNDER MO STATE LAW
BEFORE the sale, the tenants listed may pay the amount necessary to satisfy the lien and the reasonable expenses incurred to redeem the personal property.
ADVERTISEMENT OF SALE: Notice is hereby given that on April 17th, 2026, on or after 11:00 AM the personal property located in the following storage units will be sold by competitive bidding. ALL BIDDINGS WILL BE DONE ONLINE @ STORAGETREASURES.COM
