I will take all of the guesswork out of your fitness ambitions and tailor every workout to YOUR specific needs. No gym? No problem! My workouts are prepared for you based on what facility and equipment you have access to - even if that’s your own home! My fitness plans are focused on safety, fun, and achievability.
No contract is required, so there is no risk for you! Personal training is sold in 6-week sessions, so if you don’t love it, there’s no obligation to renew. However, I’m 100% convinced that you will LOVE your new life, healthy body, positive attitude, and the victories that you will accomplish every day!
About me: My name is Abby Elliott and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer in the Kansas City metro. I am always enthusiastic about equipping others with the tools they need to be healthy and energetic. Both my education and my personal fitness journey - losing 70 pounds! - have provided me excellent insight that I use to connect with and relate to clients. Additionally, I studied music in college and it continues to be one of her passions. My favorite pastimes include running, cycling, and reading.
