I have any electric scooter and the neck..where the handles meet the front wheel is snapped in half...I took to a shop they said it was aluminum...they couldn't donit.. I have little to no money but can afford to pay something.. I also have stuff to trade in exchange for fixing the scooter.. so if you or someone you knkw are a welder hit me up please and thank you
