I have 2 problems. Both with Best Buy.
The most recent problem happened on 2/2/17. Best Buy stole $200 from a E-Gift Card they sent me on 1/26/17. I let them know what had happened less then 5 min. of the theft. They did not do anything about it. I submitted a complaint threw the BBB, Best Buy refuse to do anything about it and BBB closed the case today.
Best Buy missed 2 deadlines I had giving them.
Best Buy stole (lack of better words) a $4,000 (M.S.R.P) tv from me on 9/24/16.
Bought a Sony top of the line tv on 9/20/16. Best Buy was supposed to deliver the tv on 9/24/16. I received a phone call/voice mail from Best Buy (the day berfore the delivery) and confirming my delivery for the tv on 9/24/16. 24th came and went with no tv. Found out that my tv is on Back-order, they do not know when I will get my tv. However, Best Buy wanted me to spend thousands of dollars extra for an equivalent (Sony confirmed the tvs). I submitted a complaint to the BBB, Best Buy did agreed to give me a discount on the TV I ordered and a Loaner tv.
1 month later, finaly heard back from BBB about Best Buy. Best Buy thought the loaner tv was the tv I bought. I let them know that it was not. Another month went by and got a message from Best Buy that they will contact me within 24 hours. They never did.
Long story short, I am still waiting for my tv.
I emailed the case worker 3 deadlines for them to resolve my complaint. Best Buy DID agreed to my deadlines.
The 2nd deadline was on 1/24/17. It is worth over $150,000.
Best Buy had closed my BBB case against them with out doing very much of anything.
I had already submitted a complaint to the FBI about the gift card. The dead line of the gift card has already passed the date, it is worth millions or hundreds of millions of dollars.
I had already submitted a complaint to the MO Attorney General about the tv and gift card.
