Very good condition with no rust. The original paint can be seen (including hints of gold in the three Singer logos), the treadle works smoothly, the wheels turn and it comes with the original bolts.

This would makes a nice decorative table or plant stand once a top is added. Stands about 27" tall and is about 22" wide.
