This Batman The Animated Series Limited Edition Cel was created from the BTAS episode which was inspired by the Mad Love comic book. The scene takes place from one of the scenes from the episode. Created in 1998 by Bruce Timm and inked by Laurie Dindis. The episode gave a back story to Harley Quinn, Joker's number one gal. This Limited Edition Cel was created by the now closed WB Studio Store. I believe this is the only Limited Edition Cel that has Batman, Harley Quinn and Joker in the same scene. Limited edition, 193 of 500. I’m selling my collection so if you are interested in this, you might be interested in my other stuff also.
