This is a small outboard I've owned since the summer of 1978. It was given to me, but the title is long since lost.

It's been hanging in the garage with a drained and fogged engine. I haven't used this for over a decade, but if you're interested, I'll put it on my recycle bin and you can see it run, pump water, and engage forward and reverse. I don't have a compression test, but if you have the tools we can set it up.
